Who we are

Studio ("we", "us") operates trystudio.ai, an enterprise decision-simulation product. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have. What we collect

Contact and scheduling information. If you book a demo or contact us, we receive the details you provide: your name, work email, company, and anything you write in a message or scheduling form.

Usage analytics. We use PostHog to understand how people use this site: pages viewed, clicks and other interactions with page elements, referrer, browser and device type, your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, and errors the site runs into. Analytics never records what you type into a form.

Session replay. PostHog also records how pages respond as you use them (scrolling, clicks, and page changes) so we can find and fix problems. Every form field is masked before a recording leaves your browser. The data request form is left out of recordings and click tracking, and analytics only counts that a request was sent.

PostHog keeps a random identifier in your browser's storage so visits from the same browser can be counted together. This site sets no cookies of its own, and we never ask PostHog to identify you by name or email. You can reset the identifier at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party ad networks, and we do not track you across other websites. If you open the scheduler, Cal.com may set the cookies it needs to run the booking.

How we use it

We use contact information to respond to you, schedule and run meetings you request, and follow up about Studio. Under GDPR, our legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in responding to inbound business inquiries. Any marketing beyond that conversation happens only with your separate, explicit consent.

We use analytics, session replay, and error reports to improve the site and fix problems. Analytics data is never joined to the contact details you send us.

Who processes it

We use a small set of service providers to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Cal.com (demo scheduling), Resend (transactional email), and PostHog (product analytics, session replay, and error tracking). Each processes data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We keep inbound contact information for as long as an active business conversation exists, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed. Analytics data, session recordings, and error reports are tied only to the random browser identifier, never to your name or email, and are kept for our analytics provider's retention period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, use the data request form linked below or email privacy@trystudio.ai. We respond to verified requests within the timelines the law requires. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Security

Customer simulation work runs in per-tenant isolation, and personally identifying information is scrubbed from public signals at ingestion. For this website, data in transit is encrypted, access is restricted, and secrets are held server-side only. To report a security issue, use the data request form linked below.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top of the policy.
